After events, fresh flowers quickly become waste as they wilt and die. In contrast, our luxury faux floral rentals are designed to be reused and recycled, dramatically reducing their environmental footprint. By choosing our faux floral options, you help conserve water, lower carbon emissions, and minimize floral waste. Moreover, 20% of fresh flowers arriving at florists and supermarkets are damaged or dead, creating additional bio-waste. The remaining flowers often reach consumers in full bloom, only hours from wilting. Our faux flowers, however, remain vibrant even on the hottest days, and our collection isn’t limited by seasons, offering you a wider selection year-round.   • How does Earth and Glam manage the setup and transportation of your rental collection for multiple event locations?
    The price quoted in our products include delivery, set up and pick up from one location only. At Earth and Glam, we understand the importance of perfect presentation and the delicate nature of our luxury faux florals. That's why we require our professional movers and florists to handle all setup tasks. For events taking place at multiple locations, such as a ceremony and a reception, our staff will carefully manage the transportation and re-setup of the florals at each venue. This ensures that every arrangement looks impeccable no matter where it is displayed. Please note that this service involves additional time and travel, ensuring a seamless transition and consistency across all locations, so there will be an additional fee required. This fee will be determined upon further consultation with you.
  • How do I rent from the from Earth and Glam's rental collection
    Renting our product is easy! Simply click "add to quote" to select this product for your event. Fill out the required fields above with your event date, setup and pickup times, and venue name and location so we can confirm availability. If your venue is within 50 km of our warehouse and pickup is scheduled before midnight, our delivery, setup, and pickup services are complimentary. If your venue is outside our complimentary radius or pickup is scheduled after midnight, we will confirm exact fees in our booking confirmation email. Your order will be confirmed upon availability verification and receipt of full payment. We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and provide the total balance due. Payment will be settled via email money transfer, and a final booking confirmation will be sent. We are always excited to bring your beautiful vision to life!
  • Can I pick up an item from your warehouse
    We allow pick up of a few select items from our warehouse such as wedding favours. However, we do not permit the handling of our arches, centerpieces and candles, as these items require extra care and the right team of experts for handling. The good news is that the rental of our products include delivery, set-up, pick-up and taxes within 50KM radius of our warehouse (located in Scarborough) and no later than pick uptime of midnight (as long as the minimum orders are met). If the location or time for pickup do not fall within the scope of our complimentary offering (outside 50km radius of warehouse and/or pick-up is past midnight), we will confirm exact fees with you in our booking confirmation reply e-mail.
